AND UPON considering the Rules of the DIFC Courts

AND UPON the Parties having agreed to the terms of this Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The deadline for the Claimant to file its evidence in answer to the Application is extended until27 February 2023.

2. There shall be no order as to costs
