CONSENT ORDER

UPON the Order with Reasons of Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke dated 14 September 2022 (the “Order”)

AND UPON the Claimants’ Notice of Commencement of Bill of Costs dated 8 July 2024 (the “Detailed Assessment Proceedings”)

AND UPON the Claimants and Defendant having agreed by consent

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Defendant shall pay the Claimants the sum of USD 429,203.57 in full and final settlement of the costs order pursuant to paragraph 3 of the Order and of the Detailed Assessment Proceedings within 5 working days of the execution of this Consent Order, payment to be made by the Defendant by way of multiple bank payment transfers.

2. The Detailed Assessment Proceedings are withdrawn.

3. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
