CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 13 December 2023 (the “CMO”), and in particular paragraph 2 of the CMO which directs that the parties shall file and serve Requests to Produce by 4pm on 29 January 2024
AND UPON the agreement of the parties that the terms of the CMO shall be varied on the terms set out below
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 2 of the CMO shall be varied as follows:
“The parties shall file and serve a Request to Produce, if any, by no later than 4pm on 5 February 2024.”
2. No order as to costs.
