CONSENT ORDER

UPON the Court having ordered on 30 May 2021 that these proceedings be stayed by consent pending the outcome of related English proceedings entitledAramco Trading Fujairah FZE v Gulf Petrochem FZCbearing the Commercial Court Claim No. CL– 2020-000696 (the “English Proceedings”)

AND UPON the final judgment being delivered in the English Proceedings on 21 January 2022 entitling the parties to apply to lift the stay in these proceedings

AND UPON the parties having further agreed not to take any steps in these proceedings pending the outcome of the further related Fujairah Proceedings entitled Action No. (430) of 2021 Commercial Plenary Fujairah (the “Fujairah Proceedings”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The proceedings shall be stayed pending the final determination of the Fujairah Proceedings.

2. Liberty to apply.

3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
