UPON the Claimants' Application No. CFI-079-2021/2 dated 11 October 2022 seeking permission to amend the Particulars of Claim (the “Application”) pursuant to Part 18 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”)
AND UPON considering the evidence and submissions filed and recorded on the Court file in support of the Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The Claimants shall be permitted to amend their Particulars of Claim as set out in the draft Amended Particulars of Claim accompanying the Application.
3. Re-service of the Amended Particulars of Claim is dispensed with.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
