AND UPON the parties having agreed to the below directions by consent

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The time for the Defendants to file and serve a Defence pursuant to paragraph 1 of the Consent Order is further extended to4pm on 15 February 2023.

2. The time for the Claimant to file and serve any reply, if so advised, is extended to4pm on 8 March 2023.

3. Costs shall be costs in the case.

4. Liberty to apply.
