UPON the Claimant’s Application No. CFI-077-2023/1 dated 6 June 2024 seeking a Court order to add two Defendants, namely BlueCat Networks, Inc. (Second Defendant) and Knights for Telecom and Information Technology Company (as a Third Defendant) to the Claim (the “Application”)
AND UPON reviewing the First witness statement of Mr. Mohamad Khalil Yakzan and the supporting evidence
AND UPON reviewing the case file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The following parties’, BlueCat Networks, Inc. shall be added as a Second Defendant and Knights for Telecom and Information Technology Company shall be added as a Third Defendant to Claim No. CFI-077-2023.
3. The Claimant shall serve the Second and third Defendants the Claim Form, Particulars of Claim and Annexes.
4. Parties shall have liberty to apply.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.

At: 11amSCHEDULE OF REASONS
1. The Claimant filed Application No. CFI-077-2023/1 dated 6 June 2024 seeking an order to add two Defendants namely, BlueCat Networks, Inc. (Second Defendant) and Knights for Telecom and Information Technology Company (as a Third Defendant) to the Claim (the “Application”).
2. Upon reviewing the Application and the evidence filed therein, I find that the Secondment Agreement was signed by the Claimant, the First Defendant and the Second Defendant.
3. Therefore, subject to the Secondment Agreement above, the Second Defendant shall be added as a Defendant to this claim.
4. In relation to the third Defendant, the First Defendant sent the Registry an email dated 24 June 2024 setting out that it has no objection to add Knights for Telecom and Information Technology Company as a third Defendant to the claim.
5. Therefore, I find that the Second and Third Defendants shall be added as Defendants to the Claim.
6. There shall be no order as to costs.
